Implementation of 5S

The company introduced the 5S management system in March 2015, and with the active advocacy and promotion of the company’s and the factory’s managers and the efforts of the staff to have it incorporated in the production work, the production process is more smooth, and the efficacy of human resources, material resources and time resource have increased. The work environment is also kept in a constantly clean state.
